Production Planning Officer (MSFT)

Your Contribution

You will support production control operations by issuing purchase orders to suppliers, calculating safety stock levels, setting optimal order lot size, controlling inventory based on KPI targets, planning production schedules according to customer delivery requirements, monitoring and reporting actual daily production, preparing monthly and weekly reports, coordinating with the production team, and estimating working hours and overtime needs based on customer forecasts.

• Issue purchase orders for materials to suppliers.
• Calculate and set safety stock levels.
• Determine and set the optimal order lot size.
• Control inventory levels based on KPI targets.
• Plan production schedules aligned with customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor and report actual daily production.
• Prepare monthly/weekly summary reports and coordinate with the production team.
• Calculate and estimate working hours and OT time according to customer forecasts.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Management, or Logistics.
• 2–3 years of working experience in automotive business (new graduates also welcome).
• Knowledge of planning materials and Excel.
• Communicate in English & Thai.
• Skill in using SAP or ERP systems.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills; high integrity.
• Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Siam Filter Systems Co., Ltd. – Kingkaew 33, Samut Prakan.
