Your Contribution

 

You will support production and material planning operations by planning and coordinating production schedules and material flow, monitoring inventory and delivery status, coordinating with customers and internal teams, updating planning data in SAP, and ensuring on‑time delivery and efficient material management.

 

  • Plan, organize, control, and coordinate production and material planning activities.
  • Monitor production reports and inventory of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with purchasing to release P/O requisitions and update changes in production and material plans.
  • Gather sales and customer forecast information and support planning alignment.
  • Coordinate receiving of materials and shipment of finished products to customers.
  • Review production schedules and material requirements with related departments.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure material flow meets production plans and customer expectations.
  • Update and analyze production status, inventory data, and demand information in SAP.
  • Track production volume, customer demand, and coordinate with purchasing on material supply and delivery.
  • Support Engineering and Quality teams regarding delivery quality and quantity issues.
  • Support occupational health, safety, environmental, and quality management system activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or related functions.
  • Experience using SAP system.
  • Native Thai speaker with strong spoken and written English skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
  • Good presentation and coordination skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and work under pressure and deadlines.
  • Service‑minded, good teamwork, negotiation skills, and emotional control.
  • Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Siam Electric Drives Co., Ltd. – Kingkaew 33, Samut Prakan.
