Manufacturing Engineer (MSFT)

Your Contribution

You will support production improvement by planning and monitoring engineering projects, developing and installing new machinery, defining key machine parameters to ensure product quality, maintaining compliance with IATF/ISO standards, training stakeholders on equipment changes, and driving continuous improvement aligned with MAHLE Global Standards.

• Plan and monitor engineering projects to meet customer and KPI requirements.
• Develop and install machinery to improve production capability and efficiency.
• Define and control key machine parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
• Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and other company quality standards.
• Provide training and technical support to stakeholders during equipment or process changes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aligned with MAHLE Global Standards.
• Represent the department in company activities and cross-functional projects.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering or automotive manufacturing (open for new graduates with strong interest in chemical substances & packaging).
• Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Skills in Problem Solving, QC Tools, PLC systems, robotics, and mechanical fundamentals.
• Strong coordination, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and continuously improve work processes.
• English & Thai communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Siam Filter Systems Co., Ltd. – Kingkaew 33, Samut Prakan.
