Maintenance Manager (MSFT)

Your Contribution

As a Maintenance Engineer Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and compliance of the company's maintenance operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, implementing quality standards, coordinating with government authorities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and safety. Your leadership will contribute to achieving company targets while aligning with industry regulations and best practices.

• Following QUALITY MANUAL.
• Controlling and monitoring staff in the Maintenance Department.
• Ensuring the Maintenance Department operates in accordance with the Quality Policy, Working Procedures, and Methods related to ISO 9001/IATF 16949 and Company Regulations to achieve targets.
• Coordinating with government agencies regarding machinery and production line capacity.
• Reporting and coordinating with management and internal/external departments to achieve targets.
• Reviewing and sourcing materials and new technologies to improve productivity and safety.
• Developing staff within the Maintenance Department.
• Handling other tasks assigned by management.
• Leading special projects, such as Quality Projects, Environmental Projects, 5S, and other company-assigned initiatives.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Thai nationality only.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering, Machine Setting, Utilities, and Facilities.
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and English communication.
• Strong skills in planning, coordination, and relationship management.
• Knowledge of 5S, Safety Management, ISO 9001/IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Ability to work at MAHLE Siam Filter Systems (Kingkaew Soi 33, Samut Prakan).
