Injection Mold Engineer (MSFT)
Your Contribution
As an Injection Mold Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and testing of injection molds for new products to meet customer requirements. Your key responsibilities include:

Designing, planning, and conducting trials for injection molds used in the production of new products, ensuring alignment with customer specifications.

Creating and monitoring maintenance schedules for injection molds to ensure they are always in optimal working condition.

Planning and managing the procurement of replacement injection molds based on defined life cycles or actual usage conditions.

Managing and ensuring the availability of spare parts for injection mold repairs in appropriate quantities.

Collaborating with the production team to define injection molding parameters.

Participating in meetings with the factory team to analyze root causes of molding issues and propose improvement plans.

Maintaining compliance with quality standards such as IATF, ISO, and other certifications that the company adheres to.

Representing the department in various company activities as per the annual policy.

Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Your Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent or higher) in Engineering, specializing in Mold & Tooling Technology.

Minimum 5 years of experience in injection mold engineering for automotive components.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and NX.

Knowledge in Plastic Mold/Molding, CAD/CAM for 2D/3D design, and Plastic Injection Mold Design.

Good command of English (speaking, writing, and listening).

Ability to work at MAHLE Siam Filter Systems (Kingkaew Soi 33, Samut Prakan).
