Industrial Engineer - Automotive Manufacturing (MSFT)

Your Contribution

You will play a key role in driving manufacturing excellence by improving production processes, optimizing resources, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Conduct motion and time studies, line balancing, and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Design and optimize plant layouts, material flow, and production routing processes.
• Support continuous improvement projects following Lean Manufacturing and global manufacturing standards.
• Drive cost reduction, waste elimination, and operational excellence activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production performance and achieve business objectives.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or production improvement activities.
• Knowledge of Motion & Time Study, process improvement, and productivity enhancement techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
• Experience with SAP and work center creation is an advantage.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Siam Filter Systems Co., Ltd. – Kingkaew 33, Samut Prakan.
