HRD Officer - Automotive Manufacturing (MSFT)

Your Contribution

You will be responsible for supporting learning and development initiatives to enhance employee competencies and organizational capability.

• Coordinate and administer training and development programs.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support annual training plans.
• Manage training records, reports, and learning management systems.
• Support employee onboarding, orientation, and competency development activities.
• Coordinate internal and external training providers and training logistics.
• Support talent development, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with training-related requirements and government regulations.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HRD, Learning & Development, or Training functions.
• Good understanding of training coordination and employee development processes.
• Good command of both Thai and English, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong coordination, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, service-minded, and able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Siam Filter Systems Co., Ltd. – Kingkaew 33, Samut Prakan.
