HRD Officer - Automotive Manufacturing (MSFT)
Your Contribution
You will be responsible for supporting learning and development initiatives to enhance employee competencies and organizational capability.
- Coordinate and administer training and development programs.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support annual training plans.
- Manage training records, reports, and learning management systems.
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and competency development activities.
- Coordinate internal and external training providers and training logistics.
- Support talent development, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with training-related requirements and government regulations.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HRD, Learning & Development, or Training functions.
- Good understanding of training coordination and employee development processes.
- Good command of both Thai and English, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong coordination, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, service-minded, and able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Siam Filter Systems Co., Ltd. – Kingkaew 33, Samut Prakan.
