Your Contribution

 

You will be the HR Section Chief responsible for leading HR operations in the factory environment, focusing on attendance management, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and HR data reporting to support smooth and effective plant operations.

 

  • Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in Attendance Management, Payroll, and Employee Relations (ER)
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and attendance records in line with company policies
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling
  • Maintain good employee communication and foster a positive working environment
  • Apply strong understanding of Thai labor law and factory regulations
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements
  • Analyze HR data and prepare management reports for decision‑making
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) for HR reporting
  • Work effectively with HR systems, payroll systems, and other digital tools
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments on HR‑related tasks and workforce support
  • Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of HR information

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management
  • 4-5 years of experience in HRM & GA, preferably in automotive or manufacturing industry
  • Experience working in a factory environment
  • Strong Thai and English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing) for daily work, emails, meetings, and reports
  • Strong multitasking ability and ability to work under pressure
  • Good persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills with employees at all levels
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proactive problem‑solving mindset and service‑minded approach
  • Capable of leading and supervising a team
  • Mature, professional, and trustworthy in handling confidential HR matters
  • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic and fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to work on‑site at MAHLE Siam Filter Systems Co., Ltd. – Kingkaew 33, Samut Prakan
