HR Recruitment Internship

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to join our team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and valuable insights into the various functions of Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks in the HR department.
• Participant in daily HR activities and projects.
• Gain exposure to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Payroll & Benefits, and Company Activities.
• Help with the coordination of recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Provide support in organizing and executing company events and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Thai National only.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command in English.
