Your Contribution

 

You will support customer service operations and ensure seamless order fulfillment for both domestic and overseas customers by coordinating with customers, internal teams, and logistics partners.

 

  • Manage customer orders, forecasts, and demand planning data through SAP/ERP systems.
  • Coordinate daily, monthly, and annual order schedules, shipment plans, and delivery timelines with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain sales and shipping documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and related records.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, claims, and follow-up actions while ensuring timely communication and resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, meetings, and collaboration activities.
  • Support logistics coordination, transportation vendor management, and compliance with quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO requirements.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination, Order Management, Supply Chain, or related functions, preferably within the automotive or electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of forecast analysis, order management, quotation preparation, and customer service processes.
  • Proficient in SAP/ERP systems, Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business applications; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
  • Native Thai speaker with good command of English and strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with demonstrated problem-solving, conflict resolution, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Experience working with automotive OEM customers, particularly Toyota, will be highly preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Siam Filter Systems Co., Ltd. – Kingkaew 33, Samut Prakan.
