CoE HR IT System Operations & HR IT Compliance (MSTH)

Your Contribution

You will support HR IT operations and digitalization initiatives by working closely with HR, Shared Services, and IT teams to improve system effectiveness, user experience, and process efficiency.

• Support day-to-day HR system operations and assist with the implementation of system enhancements and digitalization initiatives.
• Provide first-level support for HR system-related inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation for new releases, changes, and enhancements.
• Coordinate user training and communication activities to support the adoption of HR systems and new functionalities.
• Maintain HR process documentation, user guides, FAQs, and standard operating procedures to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
• Prepare basic reports and monitor key process metrics while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Shared Services, HR Technology, or related areas.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.
• Experience working with HR systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, UKG, Workday, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work at MAHLE Services (Thailand) Ltd. – Kingkaew Soi 33, Samut Prakan, with a hybrid working environment.
