Aftermarket Technical Service - East Asia (MSTH)
Your Contribution
As an Aftermarket Technical Service, you will responsible for deploying Technical Training in East Asia region. This position is responsible for claim handling and answering technical requests via all available channels both online and offline throughout the East Asia region. Achieve aligned vision and goals to the business and market environment and develop the Aftermarket organization in order to reach the MAHLE Group and Aftermarket targets.
- Provide clear and concise Quality reporting with clear actions plans.
- Participate, support and drive Quality projects throughout the region.
- Provide and ensure effective Quality training throughout BU3 East Asia.
- Development of Quality training and deployment of Quality initiatives for all BU3 East Asia plants.
- Interface with Sales and Customer Service departments with customer complaints as an input to the problem-solving process. Utilize and improve the effectiveness of the problem-solving process (root cause analysis and corrective action plan taken) throughout the organization. Investigate and address customer and supplier complaints regarding quality.
- Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
- Formulate and maintain quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with operations management to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.

Your Experience & Qualifications
- Thai nationality only.
- 5 years of experience in quality, project or technical service in the automotive industry.
- Experience in automotive and/or automotive is required.
- Onsite experience in maintenance is preferred.
- Experience with MAHLE guidelines, processes, products and knowledge of industry and aftermarket is a plus.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills.
- Strategic Orientation.
- Exceptional presentation Skills; and the ability to interface comfortably with managers, suppliers and customers.
- High flexibility and pro-activity.
- Excellence communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge required in Microsoft office especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work at MAHLE Services (Thailand) Ltd. - Kingkaew Soi 33, Samut Prakan with hybrid working environment.
