Your Contribution

 

You will support Accounts Receivable operations for Japanese entities by handling customer payment processes, maintaining AR records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring daily activities are completed accurately and on time in line with financial targets and deadlines.

 

  • Conduct Accounts Receivable operations for Japanese entities.
  • Handle customer acceptance and payment notifications.
  • Prepare and maintain Accounts Receivable sub ledger.
  • Obtain daily deposit information from web banking and reconcile with AR records.
  • Issue deposit slips and coordinate with sales to resolve discrepancies.
  • Update AR sub ledger and perform journal entries in the system.
  • Prepare overdue reports and follow up with customers.
  • Set up master data in workflow systems.
  • Handle intercompany AR collection.
  • Support continuous improvements in AR processes.
  • Ensure daily operations meet defined targets and deadlines.
  • Support monthly closing activities.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field.
  • Native Thai speaker with strong spoken and written English skills.
  • Japanese language proficiency (verbal and written), including Kanji (JLPT N3 or above).
  • Experience in manufacturing industry or production environment is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams.
  • Ability to work accurately under deadlines, especially during financial closing periods.
  • Open-minded, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Services (Thailand) Ltd. – KingKeaw33, Samutprakarn.
