Your Roles & Responsibilities:

• The SAP SD Consultant is the key member of Asia IT. He/she will involve SAP S/4 HANA rollout project in Global/Asia/China. The candidate will play a key role in business process analysis, project implementation and also go-live support. After project go-live, as internal SAP expert, this position will be the key role for SAP evolution in MAHLE.
• As internal consultant take part in global S/4 HANA project as team member.
• As internal consultant, responsible for SAP project management, implementation and roll out the MAHLE global template to the legal entities of Asia/China base on planned schedule and approach.
• Collaborate with business BPOs to fulfill business process analysis and design, identify requirements and translate into SAP solutions.
• Responsible for SAP system configuration (development, maintenance and enhancement) of SAP SD modules for the regional operation.
• Work closely with cross-functional SAP team to drive/deliver issue resolution and support change management.
• After the system go-live, working closely with business to ensure the good usage of SAP in MAHLE.
• Train key users on the designed SAP functionality.

• 与业务流程po合作，完成业务流程分析和设计，识别需求并转化为SAP解决方案。
• 负责区域运营SAP SD模块的SAP系统配置(开发、维护和增强)。
• 与跨职能SAP团队紧密合作，推动/交付问题解决方案，支持变更管理。
• 系统上线后，与业务紧密合作，确保SAP在马勒的良好使用。
• 培训关键用户设计SAP功能。

Your Skill & Requirements

• Senior level of SAP SD. S/4 HANA knowledge will be a good plus.
• Full lifecycle SAP SD implementation experience is mandatory for more than 5 years is preferable
• Good understanding of the business processes within a Manufacturing environment
• Project management knowledge is mandatory. Development knowledge will be a good plus.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to work independent and deal with peaks of stress. Enjoy team working in international environment.
• Bachelor degree or above. Excellent written and spoken English. Be willing to travel.
• SAP SD高级职称。具备S/4 HANA相关知识者优先
• 具有5年以上SAP SD全生命周期实施经验者优先
• 在制造环境中对业务流程有良好的理解
• 项目管理知识是必修课。有开发知识者优先。
• 较强的人际沟通能力。能够独立工作，并能应对压力高峰。喜欢在国际环境下的团队合作
• 本科及以上学历。优秀的英语听说读写能力，愿意旅行
