Your Contribution 

As a Senior HR Business Partner reporting to the Russellville Plant Manager, you will be responsible to works with managers and executives to develop, drive, and fulfil short- and long-range human resources strategies that are aligned with the business and human resources department objectives.

This role is responsible to:

• Development, implementation, and administration of human resources programs, policies and procedures

• Attract, retain, motivate, and reward employees in alignment with the overall business strategy.

• Strive to create an inclusive environment in which employees are valued and respected.

• Provide coaching to employees, managers, and leadership on issues such as: staffing, performance management, employee development, succession planning, organizational change, and employee relations.

Your Experience & Qualifications 

• An Associate Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university

• HR Business Partner experience in a plant/manufacturing/production environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams across departments to successful completion

• Excellent leadership, decision making and planning skills

• Excellent planning and analytical skills required
