Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Multisites
Reporting to the Human Resources Country Manager for France and Italy, with whom you will work closely, you will be positioned as a true Business Partner of the operational teams to advise them and support them on a daily basis.
Your Contribution
You will be responsible for the management and development of a group of approximately 220 employees in two multi-site legal structures in France.
- Lead all HR processes with the group structures: recruitment, training, personnel administration, talent and career management, salary policy…
- Provide support and advice to managers in terms of personnel management and HR,
- Animate the representative bodies of the staff and conduct social negotiations,
- Participate and deploy the Group strategy and projects at local level,
- Ensure compliance with labor law and social legislation (among other things by applying 2 different collective agreements: Metallurgy and Wholesale)
Your Experience and Qualifications
- With a Master’s degree in Human Resources/Social Law or Business School, you have a confirmed experience of at least 8 years in a generalist position in Human Resources preferably acquired in international industrial environment and within complex organizations.
- Flexible, responsive and with good interpersonal skills, you enjoy working as a team.
- With a strong ability to convince, you can remotely manage multiple interfaces and conduct different complex topics simultaneously. You are also a proposal force to optimize and develop HR processes.
- Proficiency in English and office tools is essential. Knowledge of SAP and Success Factor systems would be a plus.
Post based south of Colmar (Rouffach). Occasional trips to the various sites are expected.
