Your role & responsibilities:
- Monitors and manages all quality actions related to customer complain in collaboration with production, maintenance and logistics.
- Participates actively in development projects using your knowledge of products and processes
- Leads and coordinates quality improvement initiatives using problem solving methods in collaboration with the concerned department.
- Monitors, plans and implements quality system standards (reverse FMEA, FMEA reviews, process audits, etc.).
- Manages the analysis of defective parts (0km/Warranty) in collaboration with the support departments; perform the analysis in accordance with Mahle standards (problem solving/Web-8D/, etc.);
- Your role is essential to provide feedback/information to external customers or Mahle intercompany customers
- Manages the workload within the scope of your activity (projects, assignments, customers, etc.).
- Visit to customer sites as often as necessary and manages customer audit on shopfloor.
Your skills & strengths:
- Level: Engineer
- Languages: English essential and German appreciated
- Good command of IT tools (Office, SAP, etc.) as well as current quality requirements and customer portals.
- Good knowledge in Quality methods (IS-IS Not, 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, Statistics, Six Sigma, etc…)
- Good technical knowledge and good interpersonal skills
