Senior Quality Management Specialist (MTTH)

Your Contribution

You will lead the Quality Management function, driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and compliance with MAHLE quality standards while serving as the key liaison for Japanese OEM customers and MAHLE Japan.

• Act as the primary contact and communication window for Japanese OEM customers and MAHLE Japan.
• Lead and support the Quality Management team in achieving all quality-related KPI targets.
• Drive customer quality assurance activities, especially for Japanese OEM (JOEM) customers, ensuring timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee quality control, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal manufacturing processes and supplier quality performance.
• Promote safety, environmental, talent development, and compliance initiatives while supporting regional and global Quality Management projects.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• More than 20 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related functions within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of customer-specific requirements, Supplier Quality Management (SQM), IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems, product functions and characteristics, and process quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and quality management tools, methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
• Fluent in English and Japanese, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Japanese OEM customers, MAHLE Japan, and global stakeholders.
• Japanese candidates currently based in Thailand are welcome to apply. Visa and work permit sponsorship will be provided by the company.
• Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Thermal and Fluid Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd. - Rojjana, Ayutthaya.
