SAP Key User - Logistics IL, OL, EWM (MBTS)

Your Contribution

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth SAP operations by providing technical support, training end users, and optimizing logistics processes. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and cross-functional collaboration will drive efficiency, process compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

•    Provide first- and second-level support as part of the regional team for operational SAP issues.
•    Train end users, including new employees and those adapting to new functionalities.
•    Maintain a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration across modules and departments.
•    Coordinate logistics-related topics for further module rollouts when applicable.
•    Work closely with IT and functional teams to support system and process enhancements.
•    Focus on local data management principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Collaborate with regional and global support teams on various tasks.
•    Ensure process compliance and conduct performance reviews using key performance indicators (KPIs).
•    Define logistics KPIs and generate analytical reports.
•    Manage IT support tickets and issue resolution.
•    Support logistics projects and handle regional change requests.

Your Experience & Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Automotive), or a related field.
•    Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
•    Experience in physical logistics and production within the automotive industry is an advantage.
•    Expertise in SAP MM and SD modules (OL, IL, EWM), with additional knowledge of SAP PP & QM modules.
•    Fluent in Thai, with business-level proficiency in English.
•    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•    Excellent time management, multitasking abilities, and a strong sense of ownership.
•    Cultural sensitivity and respect for a multicultural work environment.
•    Willingness to take on new challenges by leveraging SAP expertise.
•    Ability to work at MAHLE Behr Thermal Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd. – Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya.
•    Willingness to work on some Saturdays based on the manufacturing calendar, with compensated long holidays during New Year and Songkran festivals.
