SAP (IL, EWM, OL) Specialist (MBTS)

Responsibilities:    

• Work with SAP S4 HANA implementation/upgrade/improvement as project team member for assigned SAP modules (IL, EWM, OL) and perform or lead the following activities.
• Understand client business processes and functionality in SAP through a series of workshops. Close gaps between client business requirement and standard SAP functionality. 
• Develop, review, and ensure quality of project documents and delivery of business blueprint, configuration manual, test script, data migration, etc.
• Conduct project activities according to the project master plan including system unit testing, system integration testing, end-user training, cut over activities etc. 
• Support project manager to provide the up-to-date project status and progress report. Report project issue and project risk in timely manner. 
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, proposal development, system demonstration to the clients.
• Support SAP team knowledge development and soft skill development activities.

Requirements:

• Project Team Member - more than 3 years and 2 full cycle projects in SAP implementation experience. 
• Deep knowledge and experience in SAP S4 HANA implementation and roll-out delivery projects. 
• Have in-depth knowledge of SAP functionality and configuration. 
• Experience in SAP implementation for car manufacturing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related. 
• Fluent in Thai and business proficiency level in English. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
• An innate collaborator capable of initiating, inspiring and managing actions.
• Enjoy rigorous analysis and data in shaping recommendations, rather than conventional wisdom alone.
• Strong time-management, multi-tasking and sense of ownership. 
• Sensitive and respectful to the multi-cultural environment.
• Willingness to challenge new things by leveraging SAP skills and knowledge.

Working schedule:

• Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays (approximately 15-20 per year, with advance notice) from 08.00 – 17.00 hrs.
• Extended holidays during Songkarn Festival and New Year Festival.
