Production Engineer (MTTH)

Your Contribution

You will support production and process planning activities by assisting production lines to meet production plans, supporting new product launches, preparing basic production and quality documents, coordinating machine and tooling preparation, and supporting mass production readiness in line with company standards.

• Support production lines to achieve production plans.
• Solve basic production or process issues to meet company standards.
• Support safety operation and supervise assigned tasks as required.
• Support new product launches and model start‑up activities.
• Prepare and review reports related to production and process planning.
• Review BOM and create routing data in SAP system.
• Issue specifications for machines, tooling, and equipment.
• Coordinate machine and tooling receiving, installation, and line launch.
• Prepare quality documents for SOP.
• Support process capacity studies and mass production start‑up reporting.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).
• Experience in automotive parts manufacturing is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in Thai & English.
• Good health and willingness to support production operations.
• Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Thermal and Fluid Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd. - Rojjana, Ayutthaya.
