Your Contribution

 

You will support the maintenance leadership team in ensuring reliable machine performance, driving preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and enhancing equipment efficiency across the plant. You will oversee maintenance planning, perform root cause analysis, coordinate shutdown activities, and ensure alignment with safety, quality, and company operational standards.

 

  • Plan, control, and monitor DIE maintenance to ensure compliance with company plans and policies.
  • Review and improve preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) processes.
  • Analyze machine failure causes (Root Cause Analysis) and implement preventive measures.
  • Oversee annual major repairs, including Annual Shutdown and Overhaul, to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and manage spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties and report maintenance and operational results.
  • Plan manpower to support PM and CM activities effectively.
  • Prepare breakdown reports and drive improvement actions for DIE and related equipment.
  • Develop or upgrade equipment to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Lead investigations into system failures and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Control site utilities, mechanical systems, maintenance contracts, and plant infrastructure.
  • Establish and track work schedules, standards, and supply needs to optimize productivity.
  • Build collaboration and necessary interfaces with other departments.
  • Conduct job safety analyses and support EHS, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

 

  • High vocational certificate or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a leadership role; automotive manufacturing preferred.
  • Basic English communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Experience using SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
  • Strong teamwork capability, good leadership, analytical thinking, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Thermal and Fluid Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd. – Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya.
