Maintenance & Facility Manager (MBTS)

Your Contribution

As a Maintenance & Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of all equipment and facilities across the manufacturing site. You will lead maintenance strategies, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support production efficiency and business goals.

•    Manage and coordinate maintenance activities for all machinery and facilities within the manufacturing site.
•    Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues promptly.
•    Oversee a team of technicians, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
•    Continuous improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
•    Monitor and manage budgets for maintenance operations.
•    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for machinery and facilities.
•    Collaborate with production teams to improve machine performance and operational efficiency.

Your Experience & Qualification

•    Thai national.
•    Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field.
•    Minimum 10 years of working experience, including at least 3 years as manager level, in manufacturing environment, automotive manufacturing industry is preferred.
•    Able to communicate in English and computer literacy.
•    SAP 4 HANA knowledge is an advantage.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Good leadership, management and analytical skills, and able to work under pressure.
•    Ability to work at MAHLE Behr Thermal Systems Co., Ltd. - Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya.
