Health Safety & Environment (MBTS)

Your Contribution

This role is responsible for overseeing, advising, and ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards across the organization. You will play a key part in promoting a safe and healthy work environment while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
    
- Support the management of occupational health and safety and the work environment to prevent accidents and occupational diseases.
- Provide advice, supervision, and take responsibility for safety, occupational health, and environmental operations in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Prepare operational plans to inspect unsafe conditions related to activities, machinery, equipment, and tools.
- Recommend improvements and preventive measures to ensure the work environment complies with relevant laws and standards; report results to government agencies as scheduled.
- Organize training sessions and promote activities to raise awareness of safety and environmental standards among employees and related stakeholders.
- Promote knowledge of safety and environmental systems, including ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).
- Monitor and control industrial hygiene and environmental measurements.
- Manage safety and machinery operations to comply with international standards and internal requirements.
- Oversee the operations of the Safety, Occupational Health, and Work Environment Committee.
- Perform other duties related to occupational health, safety, and the environment as assigned.

Your Experience & Qualifications

- Thai national only.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety (with Hazardous Substance Certificate).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva and experience organizing safety and environmental promotion activities.
- Holds a valid specific personnel license (Bhor.Chor.) and is eligible to register with the Department of Industrial Works (minimum 8 chemistry credits).
- Able to communicate in English.
- Able to work at MAHLE Behr Thermal Systems (Rojana Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya Province).
