Building Facilities Maintenance Engineer (MTTH)

Your Contribution

You will support the maintenance leadership team in ensuring reliable building facilities performance, driving preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and enhancing equipment efficiency across the plant. You will oversee maintenance planning, perform root cause analysis, coordinate shutdown activities, and ensure alignment with safety, quality, and company operational standards.

• Plan, control, and monitor Facility maintenance to comply with company plans, policies & law.
• Review and improve preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) plans.
• Analyze the causes of facility failure (Root cause analysis) and develop preventative measures.
• Oversee the completion of annual major inspection/repair (Annual Shutdown / Overhaul) on schedule and conform Thai law and regulations.
• Prepare spare parts for maintenance of the facility system.
• Preparation / improvement for the energy reservation / saving activity and annual report making.
• Control the facility & utility conform Thai Law and regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant agencies and report on operational results.
• Plan manpower to support preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM).
• Prepare improvement & breakdown report on facility and equipment.
• Plan, develop, upgrade/replacement equipment to improve facility performance.
• Lead investigations into system failures and implement corrective action of facility systems.
• Control site facility, mechanical concerns, maintenance contracts, and infrastructure.
• Prepare spare parts, tools and equipment necessary for facility maintenance.
• Establish and track work schedules, standards, and supply need to optimize productivity.
• Coordinate with relevant agencies and report on operational results.
• Establish relationships and interfaces required with another department.
• Conduct follow company’s standard certified such as IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, energy
• Reservation/saving activity and report for system audit and concern Thai governor offices.
• Conduct job safety analyses and support EHS and ensure maintenance work aligns with environmental regulations and safety policies.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment, automotive manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Experience in facility maintenance systems, transformers HV/LV, MDB, Air compressors, LPG storage, Cooling towers, water work supply and related fields.
• Hands-on experience in Solar Rooftop systems, including project implementation, contractor management, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
• Experience in renewable energy projects, energy management, and energy-saving initiatives in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, grid connection requirements, and annual electrical inspection processes.
• Possession of a valid Professional Electrical License (ภอส.) or Assistant Professional Electrical License (ผชร.) is required.
• AutoCAD programs, one line diagram, as-built and drawing reading are an advantage.
• Experience on SAP 4 HANA knowledge is an advantage.
• Native Thai speaker with strong spoken and written English skills.
• Good leadership and analytical skills and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Thermal and Fluid Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd. - Rojjana, Ayutthaya.
