BOI Officer (MTTH)

Your Contribution

You will play a key role in managing Board of Investment (BOI) activities and ensuring compliance with BOI regulations while supporting import, export, and manufacturing operations.

• Manage BOI privileges and ensure compliance with BOI regulations and requirements.
• Coordinate and execute BOI processes, including new projects, project amendments, formula management, and maximum stock control.
• Prepare and submit BOI applications, reports, and supporting documentation through the BOI e-Investment system.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customs authorities, industrial estates, and government agencies regarding BOI matters.
• Manage machinery and raw material imports under BOI privileges and support BOI audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain accurate BOI records and support internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BOI, Customs, Import-Export, Logistics, or related functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of BOI regulations, customs procedures, and government compliance requirements.
• Good command of Thai & English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• BOI direct experience and familiarity with the BOI e-Investment system will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Thermal and Fluid Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd. - Rojjana, Ayutthaya.
