Country HR Business Partner
Your contribution:
- Leadership advisor for country management levels (plant management, functional managers and disciplinarian managers on operational day-to-day HR topics) and escalation point of contact for workers council / unions regarding country specific matters
- First point of contact for management levels in responsibility thus providing 1:1 advisory in business and people-related topics regarding legal matters, Talent Strategy, Performance management, Talent to Value Management and Learning and providing ongoing leadership coaching
- The country HRBP advises on HR policy, assists with the implementation of HR processes and supports in leadership related challenges and team development at a country level, including the preparation and implementation of footprint decisions
- Responsible for partnering with managers and overall coordination of HR activities in Italy
- Internal HR advisory on legal topics for Local HR Business Partners
- Close collaboration with regional Center of Expertises
- Close collaboration and regular exchange with the Regional Bundle HRBP and Local HRBPs on employees and business topics
- Ensure implementation of global talent strategy at the country and the plant level
- Strong involvement in the operational HR activities for the aftermarket in the location of Parma.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Academic education in the field of business with a bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 7 years of subject-specific experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally in the automotive environment
- At least 7 years of managerial experience (incuding project management)
- Solid experience in dealing with stakeholders on different levels
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- High level of business orientation
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to the MAHLE locations in Italy
