Your Contribution:

 

As Sr. Stamping Engineer you will lead and optimize component stamping processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with automotive  industry standards. Act as a technical reference within the area, driving continuous improvement and the implementation of new technologies.

 

  • Analysis and optimization of stamping processes.
  • Definition of process parameters and quality validation.
  • Failure analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Preparation of technical documentation and reports.
  • Participation in MPS, 5S, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Implementation and monitoring of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Monitoring and validation of preventive and corrective maintenance of stamping dies.
  • Training of technical personnel related to the stamping area.

               

 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in stamping processes or automotive manufacturing.
  • Fluent communication in English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of quality and/or customer audit processes, as well as CQI special processes.
  • Knowledge of process capability and tolerance analysis (Cp and/or Cpk).
  • Knowledge of tooling, materials, and technical drawing interpretation.
  • Experience with problem analysis and resolution methodologies.
