Sr. Financial Analyst

Your Contribution:

As a Senior Financial Analyst (Costing), you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decisions and strengthening the plant’s financial performance. In this role, you will ensure accurate cost allocation, improve cost transparency, and deliver actionable insights that directly impact profitability and operational efficiency

•   Establish and validate machine rates, ensuring accurate and transparent fixed cost allocation.

•   Drive the correct depreciation allocation across cost structures.

•   Deliver insightful profitability analysis by part number to support business decisions.

•   Execute standard cost runs and provide clear analysis of cost variances.

•   Prepare and maintain hourly rates, including projections for monthly and year-end closing cycles.

•   Monitor and analyze changes in pricing, tariffs, and operational cost drivers.

•   Oversee and optimize costs related to freight, logistics, and material overhead (MOH).

•   Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance cost efficiency and financial performance               

Your Experience & Qualifications:

•   Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)

•   Experience in standard costing and cost analysis, ideally within the automotive industry

•   Strong understanding of production costs, freight, and indirect materials

•   Knowledge of pricing dynamics and rate adjustments

•   Advanced Excel skills

•   Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems

• Advanced English proficiency
