Production Supervisor (Pre-Turning and Cutting)

Your Contribution:

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating operations in the pre-turning and cutting area, ensuring compliance with production schedules and the quality, safety, and productivity standards established by the company, as well as the proper utilization of human and material resources.

Your main activities will be:

• Supervise the daily activities of personnel in the pre-turning and cutting area.
• Ensure compliance with established production schedules.
• Verify that machining processes are carried out in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor the proper use of machinery, tools, and work equipment.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate actions to minimize downtime and waste.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Education: Technical degree or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience working in machining areas.
• Experience in personnel supervision.
• Experience with pre-turning and cutting processes.
• Ability to interpret work instructions and quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Knowledge of industrial safety.
