Rol & Responsabilities:
•Ensure the development of all new molds and plastic parts of the new launches OEE, SCRAP, Not rework
• Develop and troubleshoot the manufacturing process of plastic injection molding using polypropylene and nylon resins
•Set up and optimize injection molding processes for new tooling, including molding machine parameters, peripheral equipment, and robot programming
•Ensure completion project documentation during each phase, trial production reports, process timing, OIL´s, spare parts list available in tool crib, work instructions, parameter sheet, PFMEA, PFD, VSM and RFQ for new equipment’s.
•Optimize IM processes, creating the most efficient and cost-effective production lines utilizing operators and/or robotics in a mold and assembly operations.
Your Skills & Strenghts:
•Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
•Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
•Fluency communication and written in English language is required (indispensable).
•Superior analytical and problem solving skills. The ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in engineering.
