Your Contribution:

As a Materials Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring material availability, managing supplier performance, and coordinating cross-functional activities to support production requirements while maintaining compliance with customer and corporate standards.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, hygiene, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Communicate critical component risks proactively and drive effective supplier collaboration to prevent supply disruptions.
  • Manage supplier performance, monitor on-time delivery metrics, and conduct monthly reconciliations of shipments versus receipts.
  • Administer SAP processes, including purchase requisitions, exception messages, MRP parameters, and inventory management (DOH).
  • Coordinate with Launch, Logistics, Import/Export, Warehouse, Packaging, and Customer Service teams to ensure material flow continuity.
  • Support compliance with MAHLE Production System (MPS), MMOG/LE, BIQS, MSA, IATF 16949, VDA standards, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, quality activities, audits, and maintain timely support for internal stakeholders.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing suppliers located globally.
  • Experience working with suppliers across steel, plastic, and other manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, materials planning, inventory control, and supplier management processes.
  • Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP, for planning and procurement activities.
  • Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
