Planner Coordinator

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Effective communication of critical components (anticipating and including level of risk).                            
• Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to establish a working relationship (win-win).                            
• Coordinate with the Customer Service Area the revision/release of the production schedule.                            
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Area to ensure receipt process and discrepancies
• Perform monthly reconciliations with suppliers (shipments vs. receipts).                        
• Know and comply with IATF 16949 requirements in its most updated version
• Coordinate with the Packaging Area to improve packaging to avoid material damage.                            
• Coordinate with the Import-Export Area the classification and/or update of new regulations on components.                            

Your Skills & Strenghts:

• Bachelor's Degree / Industrial Engineering / Business Management Engineering.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) Advanced
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry).
• SAP (MM modules).
• Communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Motivated, customer and detail oriented.
