Your Contribution:

 
As a PLC Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining facilities and equipment in continuous, reliable, and safe operation, ensuring maximum system availability, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
 
  • Maintain and optimize PLC-controlled equipment to ensure continuous, reliable, and safe operation.
  • Troubleshoot machine failures and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
  • Implement machine upgrades, programming modifications, and automation improvements.
  • Maintain and manage PLC programs, system backups, and recovery files.
  • Support corrective and preventive maintenance activities for production equipment.
  • Perform inspections, diagnostics, and predictive maintenance assessments on equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, process improvement projects, and new equipment implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 requirements, and company standards related to Quality, Safety, and Environmental programs.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or maintenance engineering.
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and evaluate electrical equipment and systems and proficiency in the use of diagnostic, testing, and simulation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical,  electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing systems.
  • Experience with PLC hardware and software (Siemens and Allen-Bradley).
  • Knowledge of industrial communication networks and protocols.
  • Experience in robot programming and troubleshooting (Fanuc, ABB, and KUKA).
  • Familiarity with Atlas Copco torque tools, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
