PLC Engineer

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform machine upgrades and system programming updates.                            
• Support in machine failures to find root cause of the problem.                            
• Maintain up to date backups and if necessary have a starting point for troubleshooting.                            
• Modify machines to implement improvements.                            
• Support in corrective maintenance.                            
• Modify and monitor from controller (PLC) or simulating fault conditions.                            
• Comply with IATF 16949 quality and ISO 14001-2015 environmental standards.
• Diagnose equipment conditions to determine equipment reliability and safety for production.

Your Skills & Strenghts:

• Bachelor's Degree / Industrial Engineering / Business Management Engineering..
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry).
• Communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, knowledge in production equipment and assembly of radiators, condensers and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge in maintenance systems management. 
• Desirable specialization in maintenance, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
