Maintenance Engineer

Your Role & Responsibilities:

 

  • Leadership and teamwork to coordinate technicians and suppliers.
  • Problem analysis and troubleshooting of equipment failures.
  • Maintenance management based on KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
  • Budget management and maintenance cost reduction.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety standards and automotive regulations (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Handling of maintenance software (SAP PM) and Power Bi management
  • Instrumentation and control for fault diagnosis.

 

Your Skills & Strenghts:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree / Industrial Engineering / Business Management Engineering.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) >80%.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry).
  • Communication, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience in preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, knowledge in production equipment and assembly of radiators, condensers and HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge in maintenance systems management. 
  • Desirable specialization in maintenance, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
