Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan preventive and predictive maintenance for your crew.
- Validate and analyze the results of preventive and predictive maintenance for evaluation and feedback on compliance, in addition to following up on findings.
- Perform failure analysis of corrective maintenance lasting more than two hours at the second level.
- Maintain records related to corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Comply with IATF 16949 quality standards and ISO 14001-2015 environmental standards.
Your Skills & Strenghts:
- Bachelor's Degree / Industrial Engineering / Business Management Engineering.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) >80%.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry).
- Communication, analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, knowledge in production equipment and assembly of radiators, condensers and HVAC systems.
- Knowledge in maintenance systems management.
- Desirable specialization in maintenance, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
