Your Contribution:

 

 

 

As a Logistics Customer Service, you will play a key role in ensuring the uninterrupted supply of finished goods to our customers by coordinating demand, deliveries, transportation, and customer requirements. You will serve as the main point of contact between MAHLE and our customers, maintaining strong relationships while ensuring excellent delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

 

  • Monitor customer demand, schedules, forecasts, and delivery requirements to ensure on-time customer fulfillment.
  • Manage customer portals, including schedules, scorecards, claims, debits, tickets, and customer communications.
  • Analyze customer demand and inventory levels to support uninterrupted supply and optimize logistics performance.
  • Coordinate transportation activities to ensure compliance with customer delivery windows and shipping requirements.
  • Process and monitor deliveries, shipping documentation, ASN requirements, and customer-specific logistics standards.
  • Manage customer returns (RMAs), discrepancies, credit notes, and customer claims in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs, including delivery performance, expedited freight, backlog, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Support annual physical inventory activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Production Planning, Warehousing, Quality, Traffic, Import/Export, Launch Management, and Finance teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Participate in MPS (MAHLE Production System), corporate audits, customer audits, and compliance initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities by sharing best practices, standardizing work instructions, and implementing process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to quality, safety, and environmental management systems.   

 

 

 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Experience managing customer portals and customer-specific logistics requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, preferably MM, PP, and SD modules.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with transportation management, inventory control, and demand planning processes.
  • Advanced English proficiency required
