Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Respond to operator complaints and close opportunities.                            
• Communicate daily production and quality goals.                            
• Provide the necessary resources to the staff under your supervision for proper operation.                            
• Assign functions to the staff under your supervision, seeking greater productivity.                            
• Compliance with documentation.                            
• Ensure that the established process inspections are carried out.                            
• Assure the correct identification of the product during the production stages.                        
• Be knowledgeable about quality and environmental policies, as well as their objectives and goals.                            
• Comply with IATF 16949 quality standards and ISO 14001-2015 environmental standards.                            
• Participate in activities related to quality, 5S, safety, hygiene, and environmental aspects.    

Your Skills & Strenghts: 

• Bachelor degree
• Three years  of experience in the automotive industry
• English desirable
• Selfmotivated, teamwork, communication
