Labortory Engineer

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in Control Plans, AMEF, PPAP.                                                                              
•  Internal Auditor IATF 16949, 
• Internal Auditor ISO 14001 
• CQI Auditor 
• Hazardous and non-hazardous waste management.                                                                    
• Handling of chemicals 
• Knowledge in Brazing process.                                                     
• Knowledge in destructive and non-destructive testing of materials.                                                              
• Basic knowledge of drawing interpretation. 
• Knowledge in materials characterization techniques. 
• Knowledge in ASTM, AWS, DIN standards. 
• Knowledge in computer programs (Windows, EXCEL, PP)

Your Skills & Strenghts:

• Engineer in materials, mechatronics, mechanics or related fields.
• Fluent written communication in English is required at an advanced level.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry).
• Experience in personnel management and coordination 
• Knowledge of PFMEA Core Tools, troubleshooting tools, DMAIC, 8Ds, IATF/VDA requirements,
• Experience in Ford customer portal management and knowledge of Q1 / MSA
