LOGISTICS ANALYST COSTUMER

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Traffic Area to update the Customer and Customs Broker contact matrix for document distribution.
• Ensure compliance with Customer guidelines related to delivery issues (sending ASN, sending documents, on time delivery).
• Reconciliation of accruals with Customers; ensure resetting of accruals at year-end/beginning of the year.                            
• Monitor delivery performance with Customers through their portals; periodic evaluation of Customer Scorecards.    
• Registration, analysis and dispute of customer debits (demurrage, demurrage, under-shipment, cubage, false freight, among others).                            
• Analysis and solution of incidences in overdue customer portfolio; coordination with Accounts Receivable

Your Skills & Strenghts:​​​​​​​

• Bachelor's Degree / Industrial Engineering
• Language (English / Spanish) 
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (automotive industry).
• SAP (MM modules).
• Communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Motivated, customer and detail oriented.
