Your Contribution:

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to production and service areas, ensuring equipment reliability, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting automation technologies across the plant.

• Provide electrical technical support for production lines and support areas, including Grinding, Metrology, and Mechanical Workshop operations.
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring equipment issues and develop reaction plans, troubleshooting guides, and work instructions.
• Support CNC controls, PLC systems, robotics, and automation technologies, including Fanuc, Okuma, Sinumerik, and Kawasaki robots.
• Train and mentor Electrical Maintenance Technicians to improve technical skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Support the implementation, installation, startup, and validation of new equipment and manufacturing projects.
• Develop and execute electrical equipment upgrades, backups, parameter management, and technical documentation while resolving CNC and PLC failures.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs (OEE, MTTR, MTBF, Availability) and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Environmental, and Information Security Management Systems.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance, Automation, or Manufacturing environments.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley PLC systems.
• Advanced knowledge of CNC controls, preferably Okuma systems.
• Experience working with Kawasaki robots and industrial automation equipment.
• Familiarity with machine vision systems, cameras, laser technologies, and electrical control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, technical documentation, and continuous improvement skills.
