Human Resources Manager
Your Contribution:
The HR BP Manager is responsible to promote and develop people potential, to contribute to the company strategic goals and organizational culture, fostering creativity, teamwork, and assuring Talent Development towards the company excellence.
- Develop and formulate strategies, standards and procedures for human resources development.
- Ensure that there is a healthy and conflict-free work environment in each of the employees within the company and of possible work risks within each of the company’s operations.
- Ensure and supervise that all government requirements (STPS, SEMARNAT, COA License and all legal requirements applicable to our plant, industry and customers) are carried out. Also with the requirement CT-PAT, IATF 16949, NOM035, ISMS and environment ISO 14001-2015.
- Monitoring of the preparation and compliance of training plans and programs for all hourly and salary staff based on the training matrix and detecting requirements of each position.
- Supervise and authorize all documents of legal origin to be authorized and approved in accordance with the requirements of the company (contracts, registrations, departures among others) and government.
- Ensure that all recruitment requirements are met and follow up with new hires regarding safety, training, and labor relations.
- Monitor the EHS, training and HR administrative area expenditure control on an ongoing basis.
- Monitor and analyze the causes of absenteeism, attrition and apply action plans.
- Ensure that work climate surveys are carried out annually at both plants.
- Carry out activities that help the family integration of all employees in the company and the integration of each of us as a single work team.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration or similar.
- Knowledge in Computational Programs (EXCEL, WORD)
- Knowledge of ISO14001, OHSAS, CT-PAT, IATF 16949
- Analysis and problem solving
- Ability to manage information and files in a professional way, analyze this information and keep it secure.
- Teamwork and analytical skills, positive leadership, strict discipline, ability to solve complex problems related to the areas of EHS, asset security, and Payroll and Training.
- Tangible experience in this position for at least 7 years of experience as Labor relations, organization-wide conflict management, EHS awareness, training and labor legal requirements.
