Your Contribution:

 

  • Comply with all hiring and monitoring requirements for new employees are met from a labor relations standpoint.    
  • Support in identifying competency needs.                    
  • Develop and formulate human resources development strategies, standards, and procedures, as well as manage and coordinate implementation.                            
  • Know and comply with requirements applicable to the safety, health, and environmental system in accordance with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards corresponding to your position.            
  • Know the requirements of IATF 16949 in its most current version.                            
  • Know and comply with the obligations and policies mentioned in the STPS NOM applicable to your position.
  • Specialist in labor relations, conflict management at all levels of the organization, and legal requirements in labor matters.
  • Employee Administration
  • Design, implement, and supervise training, organizational development, and talent management strategies
  • 5 years as HR generalist and groups leader

 

Your Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in English.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage information and files professionally
  • Leadership.
  • Teamwork
