Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Comply with all hiring and monitoring requirements for new employees are met from a labor relations standpoint.
- Support in identifying competency needs.
- Develop and formulate human resources development strategies, standards, and procedures, as well as manage and coordinate implementation.
- Know and comply with requirements applicable to the safety, health, and environmental system in accordance with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards corresponding to your position.
- Know the requirements of IATF 16949 in its most current version.
- Know and comply with the obligations and policies mentioned in the STPS NOM applicable to your position.
- Specialist in labor relations, conflict management at all levels of the organization, and legal requirements in labor matters.
- Employee Administration
- Design, implement, and supervise training, organizational development, and talent management strategies
- 5 years as HR generalist and groups leader
Your Skills & Strenghts:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in English.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage information and files professionally
- Leadership.
- Teamwork
