Your Contribution:

 

As a Customer Service you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with customers, providing timely follow-up on requests and issues, and reviewing EDI transactions to understand customer requirements and demand. You will manage customer portals, monitor order status, and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.

 

  • Maintaining communication with customers and providing timely updates.
  • Following up on customer requests, orders, and critical issues until resolution.
  • Reviewing and analyzing EDI transactions to understand customer demand and requirements.
  • Managing customer portals and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitoring order fulfillment and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Understanding customer-specific shipping, packaging, and documentation requirements.
  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying potential risks and proactively escalating issues that may impact customer service levels.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational performance.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years of experience in Logistics or Customer Service within the automotive industry, with knowledge of customer systems and portals such as Ford, Stellantis, GM, Nissan, Toyota, and Rotax.
  • Knowledge of shipping processes, ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) transmissions, and invoicing.
  • Experience using SAP Logistics modules.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Availability to attend customer and business needs outside of regular working hours.
  • Visa is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and customer-focused orientation.
    Responsible and accountable, ensuring timely completion of tasks and commitments.
    Teamwork and collaboration skills, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
