Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Promote a culture of change within the organization with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Monitor and record plant productivity.
- Plan, execute, and record workshops with the involvement of plant personnel (5S, SMED, Lean tools).
- Define and establish plant standards while respecting corporate design and adhering to internal principles.
- Actively participate in Shop Floor Management meetings as required
- Involve all departments in the implementation of the MAHLE Production System
- Ensure the development, administration, and implementation of plant and production area dashboards
- Collaborate with employee safety and environmental care programs
- Participate in scheduled audits that require support (LPAs, customer audits, internal audits)
Your Skills & Strenghts:
•Two years of experience in a similar position.
•Degree in engineering, industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, etc.
•Advanced English
•TRAINING: Lean Manufacturing, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Change Management, Continuous Improvement, PDCA, KPIs
