SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant

Your Contribution

• Contribute to global SAP S/4HANA roll‑out projects within the Asset Management (PM) module using a standardized global template.
• Support the strategic development and continuous improvement of the S/4 PM template, including interfaces and integrations with satellite systems and add‑ons (e.g., OPRA Mobile).
• Manage and support IT projects related to maintenance management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze and optimize business processes in internal logistics, with a strong focus on maintenance management.
• Provide SAP PM module and process consulting across S/4HANA environments.
• Actively support and resolve SAP ECC PM incidents and service requests across multiple regions, ensuring business continuity and adherence to SLAs.

Your Experience and Qualification

• Hands‑on experience delivering SAP PM solutions in complex and global S/4HANA environments.
• Proven experience supporting SAP ECC PM operations, including incident resolution and user support in multi‑regional landscapes.
• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross‑functional and international teams.
• Demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks and understand the business impact of IT systems.
• Experience working with integrated maintenance solutions and external applications.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP PM consulting.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA roll‑out or global template implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management processes.
• Solid expertise in SAP PM customizing.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP and debugging.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong team collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and understand the business impact of IT systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally and availability to work in the North America time zone.
