Commercial IT Service Design Architect

Your Contribution

• By fulfilling the tasks and duties of this position, the IT cost on IT Services will become transparent and provide information basis for saving potential or future benchmarking.
• This position ensures that the price list content from Service Design Office (one pagers and service agreements) are updated. This is necessary for Business Customers to be informed about IT Service content.
• This position supports evaluation of growing number of incoming ideas for Service Design / Change through IT Demand Management.
• This is necessary to react and act on Business Demands which bring savings or value to the MAHLE business.

Minimum Requirements

• This position is required to implement and roll out IT wide Cost Models for IT Services.
•  This position coordinates update of IT Price List in BMC.
• This position will conceptualize Contract-and Vendor Management.
•  This position realizes Service Design Operational Duties such as IT Demand Evaluation or Orchestration of Service Design and Service Change.
• Focus Topics: Cost Model, Contract Management, Price List, IT Demand Management for Services, Service Design and Change.
