Your Contribution

• Set up, configure, and manage CAD OEM environments for multiple customers and projects.
• Provide global user support for CAD applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving user-reported problems efficiently.
• Able to Windows batch scripting for CAD environment configurations.
• Install, customize and configure CAD applications (CATIA V5, Siemens NX, PTC Creo), CAD silent deployments to meet project-specific and enterprise-wide requirements.
• Work with CAD PLM to support engineering teams across various platforms.
• Integrate CAD applications with PLM systems such as PTC Windchill (WGM) and SAP PLM (ECTR) ensuring seamless data flow and version control.
• Support the management of engineering software licenses, including installations, renewals, and compliance monitoring.
• Document system configurations, environment setups, support procedures, and integration processes for internal use and audit compliance.
• Continuously update internal knowledge base and documentation with new solutions, known issues, and workarounds.

Your Experience and Qualification

• UG - B.Tech/B.E./B. Sc - computer science, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
• Preferred to have CAD environment handling experience in Automotive supplier industry.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation tools for CAD/PLM tasks (e.g., VBScript, PowerShell).
• Exposure to Agile or ITIL-based support methodologies.
• Strong Application Troubleshooting skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, able to work independently without close supervision
• Adaptability with different work cultures

Minimum Requirements

• To provide Application Support in CAD, CAD silent deployments, CAD OEM env configurations, CAD tool management, and PLM integrations.
• This role will focus on supporting and enhancing engineering environments, providing user support, and managing the customization, configuration, and documentation of engineering applications and processes.
